Warm is finally here.
Though it’s technically still spring, this is what feels to me like the first days of SUMMER. (Yeah, yeah, I know that official date doesn’t actually come til late June—it’s my birthday … But still it feels like it.) And it makes me happy to be living in the South. Missing friends in Chicago, and the impeding thaw even makes me miss the city, but HERE there is so much space...
In preparation for hanging my new hammock, received as a Christmas gift. Two summers ago (or was it three?) J. Shipp and I mutate into each other as we spin in what was once the most glorious hammock swing alive.
